Full Giraffe Bottle Warranty


 
 

Giraffe Bottle warrants its bottles and accessories to be free of any defects in materials or workmanship that would prevent them from functioning properly for one year from the date of purchase.

For products found to be defective within one year of purchase, Giraffe Bottle will have the option of repairing, replacing, or refunding the purchase price of the defective product. Product must be purchased from Giraffe Bottle or an authorized dealer and Giraffe Bottle may require the product to be returned for evaluation.

This warranty sets forth the full extent of Giraffe Bottle responsibilities regarding its line of bottles and accessories. Giraffe Bottle, at its sole option, will repair, replace, or refund the purchase price of the defective product. Giraffe Bottle guarantees our products meet all specifications detailed in our product manuals. Although Giraffe Bottle products are designed to withstand various environments and situations, they are not warranted to never have failure and Giraffe Bottle does not warranty against incidental or consequential damages. Accordingly, in any use of products in life support situations or other applications where failure could cause injury or loss of life, the products should only be incorporated in systems designed with appropriate redundancy, fault tolerance, and backup features.

This warranty does not cover defects, malfunctions, performance failures or damages to the unit resulting from use in other than its normal and customary manner, including misuse, accident, neglect, and improper alterations or repairs. Wear and tear is damage that naturally and inevitably occurs as a result of normal use and is not covered by this warranty. Moving parts will wear out and materials will deteriorate and fade over time. And while we choose the best materials available for the application, all materials degrade over time with use and exposure to the elements.

Giraffe Bottle may repair or replace, at its discretion, any product returned by its customers, even if such product is no longer covered under warranty, but is under no obligation to do so.
